As is common with cheaper end knives they are individual left and right knives but both have a flat side on the handle so can sit together albeit they are not a true matching pair. Each knife is solid cast from aluminium so they are both lightweight and have no handle fixing issues. They also have nicely bound handles The balance is good but the thumb grip is not the largest so whilst they are fine for the normal adult those with extremely large hands may wish to avoid them.
